I'm a graphic designer working for Shell in Houston, TX.
Originally from Connecticut, I grew up in a few other places and eventually found my way to Texas. I received my graphic design BFA in 2006 and immediately moved to New York City, where I lived in three out 'o five boroughs and did the art director thing at an ad agency near Union Square.
After a few years of that, I moved to Houston, Texas and started doing design for Shell and getting a lot more photography projects. I'm also the automotive photographer and contributor for CultureMap, and in the past I've been the visual design consultant for the world renowned Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca in California. I take my (famous!) Nissan Z to racetracks for driving events as often as I can, because you can't have enough very expensive hobbies.
I love obsessing over typography, the click of a camera shutter and debating over whether or not to write bio synopses like these in the third-person (I went with no). The feeling of creating something that looks cool or that I feel good about is pretty much a drug for me. I hate mayonnaise. If you have any questions I haven't covered, please contact me.
